implementation of actions of the project “Territorial and Maritime Networks supporting the development of the small cruise” with the acronym “THEMIS” of the European Territorial Cooperation Program INTERREG V-A Greece – Italy 2014-2020 “.
The project aims to revitalize small ports by equipping them with basic and light infrastructure and new services, connecting them with the information services of larger ports (Bari and Corfu), and stimulating them through the creation and diffusion of a new brand, the creation of new routes for small cruises thus connecting the small ports of the cross-border areas, which until now do not have this kind of tourism. In addition, the project will be the pilot phase for the emergence of such new tourist routes to later expand to other areas in the near future and to make THEMIS a brand that will be recognized throughout the Adriatic region, in line with the strategy of the Adriatic Ionian Macroregion.
