Com & Com ANAPTYXIAKI LTD undertook the Support for the management and implementation of actions of the project “Integrating Innovation and Promoting Cluster Organization in Women Enterprises” with the acronym “ICON WOMEN” of the European Territorial Cooperation Program INTERREG V-A Greece – Italy 2014-2020 “.
This project aims to formulate a Regional Smart Specialization Strategy RIS3 emphasizing investment in research, innovation, and entrepreneurship by promoting the development of women entrepreneurship in the regions (Western Greece, Epirus, Ionian Islands, and Puglia Italy). In addition, it aims to build the capacity of local stakeholders to provide improved support for women to start and grow businesses and to support the provision of innovative services and the creation of clusters in the cross-border area. Finally, through the project, efforts will be made to create a more favorable environment for women’s entrepreneurship, as the economic independence of women will promote the principle of gender equality while creating more jobs and stimulating the economy.
